I have had these small bumps for about 3 weeks. They have not gotten better or any worse and are not spreading or going away. They do not hurt or itch I wouldn t even know they were there If I didn t see them. I ve been with the same girl for over 6 months and I know she is clean. I have not started using any new lotions, soaps, or shampoos. Any ideas?
Hi. As per your case history you are having either allergic dermatitis or acneform lesions. My treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel once at night. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
