Suggest Treatment For Small Blister On The Palm

I have a skin condition on my the palms of my hands. they blister, then dry up and peel. This started on 1 small spot on 1 hand now I have it on both. When they are in the blister form they are very tender. this whole process takes about a week or so. I was using hand creams when they get real dry. Do you have any idea what this may be?
