Hi Dear,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic Team.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of slight tilt to the mouth and high BP which seems to be facial nerve inflammation which seems to be get aggravated by whistling and touching some areas of face known as trigger points.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit oral physician once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. You should go for exercises of facial muscles and start physical therapy. Start with
carbamazepine 100 mg twice daily along with Klonopin. Avoid exposure to triggering factors.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get well soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
