Hello
I think you should follow some sleep hygiene tips:
Avoid daytime napping.
Donot take tea coffee or alcohol at bedtime.
Associate your bed with sleep only. Donot keep lying idly on bed for reading books or when watching TV.
Avoid fatty food in dinner.
Drink a glass of warm milk at bedtime.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
Donot listen to loud music at bed time.
Take warm water bath before sleeping.

If these donot help, drugs like zolpidem (prescription drug) can help to induce sleep.

Thanks.
