Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder

Hi, I have had a very serious temperature fluctuations for over 20 years. I cannot sleep because I am woken up every hour to extreme heat, feeling as if if is coming from within. I have tried cohash, seen doctors, but it is really getting to me. I will flush and sweat profusely even in extreme cold.

Sleep disorder can be called as primary insomnia or secondary insomnia.
In primary insomnia there is disturbance in sleep only.
In secondary insomnia sleep disturbance is due to some physical or psychiatric problem.
In both benzodiazepiens are good medicines for treatment but in secondary type treatment of the causing problem is necessary.
In your case I think you should go for thyroid testing, as hyperthyroidism can cause symptoms you have described.
So consult psychiatrist and I guess you can have a solution of your problem.
