Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder With Depression

Hi. Um this is the first time i have gone online for any support about this but regardless, i have been feeling different lately. I am a 15 year old male sophomore in high school, and doubt i am seriously depressed only because i can't find a reason to be. Anyways, i have been feeling a little lonely and disconnected from people lately. I stay up late at night till about 2, and usually only get 4 hours of sleep. The next day, i feel fine until i get home. Than i get really sleepy and sometimes take naps. Other times, i will still stay up late for no reason. When i lay down, i frequently get the feeling that i am moving side to side really fast, almost like i am shaking. It has only been a couple weeks of feeling like this, but it is still enough to worry me. I don't necessarily plan on telling all my problems to someone online, but i would like to know of any paths i can take to make me feel better. Also, any advice on how to get support without talking to my parents would be nice. Thanks

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear User,
I think there is no harm discussing your problems with your parents as in my opinion they might be able to help you come out of the problems. You mentioned of depression and sleep disorder which would mean that you may be in need of psychological support, also if that doesn't work psychiatrist help. Looking at your age I would suggest you to talk to some elder person if not parents. So, don't hesitate to discuss your problems. On your part, you may do some exercise regularly and be engaged in some work.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
