my son is 3 1/2 and his sleeping pattern was damaged in his first 2 years. he wasnt allowed to develop decent sleep hygiene. since the damaging factors are now gone, his father and i have spent 18 months trying to repair the damage with no luck, he has no sety pattern at all, we cannot predict when he is going to go to sleep. he has been diagnosed with GDD with the possibility of ASD. is there anything you can recommend to help him sleep better.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it would not be anything like damaging as long as the sleep is concern in children and lot change can be seen but nothing is due to any disease unless diagnosed something clinically, so it is better to see the pediatrician to know the underlying cause of sleep disturbances hope this information helps.
