Suggest Treatment For Sleep Apnea

Sr,my name is p.settu i am 44 years old (male) i have snoring problem in last 2 years . i went to ENT Doctor, he take 32 channel E.E.G with topographic Brain Mapping test .the final report sleep apnea.so i would like your suggestion kindly response me.

Hi. If you have sleep apnea then you need to see a sleep specialist to discuss treatment options. The most common treatment is cpap (continuous positive airway pressure). Other options include devices that you wear in your mouth to open the airway and surgeries.
