hi
thanks for posting in HCM
I have understood your concern

probabilities of your skipped beats are
1.ventricular ectopic beats
2.paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

I can suggest you
1.ECG
2.2D ECHO
3.Holter monitoring

if you are symptomatic and more frequent arrhythmias in holter ,you need
1.rhythm control drugs like amiodarone or flecainide
2.radio frequency ablation

but these things should be done after the above said evaluation.

hope this helps you

any further questions please let me know

thanks
