Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection And Precautions For Spreading

my child aged only 8 months have been suffering form skin infection in leg crease and it speads on other parts of the body gradually possibly on fluid contact of the affected area. What are the precautionary measures to stop spreading it and cure it totally ?

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Most probably he is suffering from Staph. infection
Ampiclox is the drug of choice given 3 times daily.
Cleaning with antiseptic locally will reduce spreading.
Usually takes about a week to clear completely.
If not, consult dermatologist.
