Suggest Treatment For Skin Colored Bumps On The Arms And Feet
Hi, I have some white/skin coloured bumps on my arms and feet . They are also present on the shaft of my penis. I m a 32year old married male. I have done Biopsy and it is found as Lichen Nitidus. Doctor said that it won t create any harm on my body so i can leave it as it such. Is there any effective way of curing this problem.

Lichen nitidus is an inflammatory condition of skin characterized clinically by asymptomatic skin-colored small papules. Why it happens is not known. It is a self-limiting condition that means it spontaneously resolve with time without any treatment. It will not harm you in anyway. You can apply steroid cream locally.
