I have had sinusitis for a week now and no improvement but also today i feel like I am finding it hard to breath and its tight my chest and it quit painful too. I am already and still on antibiotics, but I just didn't know if the breathing problem started today is linked with the infection?

Thanks for your question on HCM. Yes you are right it may be due to infection. Many times upper respiratory tract infection predispose to lower respiratory tract infection (pneumonia) or may cause bronchitis (inflammation). In both condition one can feel tightness in chest. Since your sinusitis is also not cured, consult pulmonologist and get done atleast chest x ray.
