Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis And Bronchitis

Male age 55, I feel fine.
Sinusitis, & bronchitis several times since Jan 1, 2014 (included steroid & antibiotic shots). Very active workout 4dys/week & cardio 3-5 dys/week. Have a deviated septum on left side face from injury in football. Infections ALWAYS start there.
Have had blood work done:
Alkaline phosphatase is 190
ALT (SGPT) is 57
GGT (GGTP) is 467
Hepatitis screens negative
Leukocyte & hemoglobin both negative, cholesterol-210, HDL-44, & LDL-145. I have no abdominal pain, no fatigue, gall bladder removed 2 yrs ago, no yellowing in eyes, no fecal discoloration or change.

Discuss with your doctor for doing a Spirometry with bronchodilatators regarding your concern.
