Suggest Treatment For Sinus With Cough And Sneeze

My sinuses run almost constantly. After a short break, I get a tickle in the throat, I begin coughing and the sinuses run again and eyes water. I also sneeze about 10 times a day, unusual for me.
There is no headache and no pain when touched. No sore throat, no temperature.

Hi,

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of draining sinuses along with tickle in throat causing cough and sneezing frequently seems to be probably due to allergies. It can be due to pollen, animal danders, certain trees and grasses, mold, dust.

I would suggest you to consult an Allergist and get evaluated so that you can be investigated with allergic tests like RAST TEST, Patch test. As of now you can take anti allergics like Allegra or Benadryl, take steroid nasal sprays and do steam inhalations. Avoid exposure to dust and pollutants and keep away from pets if you have.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
