Suggest Treatment For Sinus Tachycardia

Hi there. Last Saturday my blood pressure went up to 190+/130+, went to the emergency room, had it lowered and was resting for the weekend. I was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia. In the previous days I ve been taking Enap-H once a day, and that helps with the blood pressure very much, but the heart rate remains high. I haven t managed to get it under 110 in the last 24 hours, even while resting. Blood pressure has been normal. I m overweight (175cm / 100 kg) and recently I ve had way too much stress with work. My usual b. pressure is 130-140 / 90-100 and the heart rate varies (85-100). I suppose I should go to the doctor immediately? Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with the over weight or obese condition hypertension is very likely condition and with the stress it may increases more again so better to stay away from stress, try to reduce the weight, if you are going to measure the blood pressure often on your own then it may cause the error, once the medicine being prescribed by physician for hypertension then keep this continue, and get done the blood pressure measurement by physician only, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
