Suggest Treatment For Sinus Tachycardia

im a 24 yrd old female, just performed an EKG reading sinus tachycardia - probable left atrial enlargement. i have no other health issues. Im 5 6 and about 230lb. Im thinking i should just remove sodium and exercise more. and my issues would go away.. is this a safe assumption?

Yes dear doing exercise daily and maintaining BMI less than 25 is always better. I don't think there is any need of salt restrictions . It's only indicated in hypertension or if there is swelling over body that is fluid retention . And about your concern regarding sinus tachycardia it is important to rule out what is cause of it..and whether it is persisting for whole day and night or its just for some time .anaemia , hyperthyroidism anxiety , fever ,exercise or exertion this all will cause sinus tachycardia . So it must be diagnosed correctly and managed accordingly and if nothing come out as cause don't feel panic about this just be in touch with your physician for monitoring . Hope this will help.
