Suggest Treatment For Sinus Pressure, Sore And Tender Scalp

have been having some sinus pressure due to weather and for the past two days the top of my head, mostly on the right side, is tender. My scalp there is sort of sore and tender when I touch it. Not sure if I should call my doctor for an appt. or just wait until my sinus feels clear.
