General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the concern. According to history you have sinusitis. For this you can take decongestants, for headache you can take pain killers with paracetamol an for greenish thick phlegm you can start antibiotics like combination of cephalosporin with clavunilic acid twice daily for atleast 5 days. Moreover you should avoid cold foodstuffs with strict restriction on cold drinks, should take hot steam twice daily which will help you to evacuate thick greenish discharge from sinuses and will help in headache and you can than concentrate. So consult your treating physician and start treatment accordingly. Take care
