Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Wheezing

Sorry. I am on 250 mg 5days. Have sinus draining into throat. Was some congestion and wheezing. Forgot to also talk about the sores in mouth. They do not seem to get better. The sores are located on the under side on tongue. I have rinsed with hydrogen peroxide. Lips very dry. 1) how long before meds begin to work. 2)mouth sores getting more sore and don t seem to improve with meds. How long should I wait for recheck ? Should I call about you ve sores?

Hello
I share your concern
This could be due to URTI like pharyngitis, glossitis or tonsillitis
This might be associated with infection, allergy or nutritional deficiency
In my opinion 250 mg is low dose, you need to increase its doses to 500 mg once daily under supervision of your doctor
you should do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash
Multivitamin supplements consisting of B complex or vitamin C
Avoid cold icy water and junk food

Hope this answers your question
