Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Nose Bleed
Yes, i went to the doctor and was told i had a sinus infection. But that was 2 weeks ago. Im still coughing up clear mucus, however; it has been light green with specks of blood and when i blew my nose last week. When i jog i have to spit and cough more and my left ear still feels stopped up. My voice is very raspy in the morning but clears up as the day goes by.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sinus infection and nose bleed which are symptoms of sinusitis. I would suggest you to put nasal decongestant sprays like Xylometazoline for opening of sinuses. I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine or Sudafed, steam inhalations, saline nasal irrigations and using a humidifier can help. If condition doesn't get well then consult ENT specialist for proper examination and treatment . Apply compresses on nose while bleeding .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
