Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Ear Pain

Hi, i have a sinus infection. Earlier i blew my nose and had severe pain and popping in my left ear. I then experienced a ringing sensation and felt dizzy. Then i nearly passed out. I was driving. After that i remained dizzy, even though my ear unpoped. And eventually had to pull the car over and threw up. I still feel like i have a terrible headache. what causes this? Was the nausea related to the ear incident?

From your history it is evident that you got rid with acute sinus infection that will also causing trouble to your ear. For this you have to take some antibiotic like tab augmentin 625 mg or tab ampoxin 500 mg three times daily after meals along with some decongestants like tab diominic-dca or tab sneezy three times daily after meals with cap omez-d or cap pantop-d twice daily before taking meals for nausea and acidity. In addition to that you can also use otrivin or nasoclear nasal drops twice daily to relieve the congestion and to have soothing effect in your nose. Apart from all these you have to take steam inhalation at least three to four times daily as it is very beneficial in case of sinus infection and also halts it progress from acute to chronic stage.
