Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Dizziness

I have a head cold since 9 days and last night I used the nettie pot to clear my sinus and my head. When I blew my nose, I had a screech sound come out of it and now it is not allowing me to hear properly, it feels like I can hear my hearbeat in my head when I try to sleep and last night I almost felt dizzy when I was trying to sleep. Is there anything I can do until I get to see my family doctor on Monday?

Hello!
Thank you for your question on HCM!
Thy troubles you have are caused by occlusion of the Eustachi tube which connects the nasal cavity with the inner ear, and helps maintain the pressure balanced in the inner ear. It can be blocked by inflammation during upper respiratory infections.
It can lead to decrease of hearing or noise to the ears. There is nothing to worry about.
I would recommend nasal decongestant drops, which will be very effective in your situation.
Hope to have been of help!
Best wishes!
