General & Family Physician 's  Response
diastolic dysfunction suggests small part of myocardium gone ischaemic changes long ago.only thing you can do is start having balanced diet, regular exercise and meditation.it is better for you to consult a cardiologist who can suggest blood thinners and other prophylactic medication.before all this you should check your sugar and BP levels and also liver and kidney function tests to r/o other abnormalities.
