Suggest Treatment For Sinus And Sore Throat
Have had a sinus cold tje last few days and sore throat,beginning to lose voice but tonight while sleeping was woke up by a horendeous pain in my lower throat right above the collar bone...hurts when I swallow and pain last a few seconds..feels like when a piece of hard candy is lodged but NO FOOD INVOLVED

Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , Antihistaminic levocetirizine , Antibiotic azithromycin for 10 days.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
