Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Amoxicillin

I was prescribed 500mg amoxicillin and it is making me feel worse and feels like my heart is racing. Why would this be? I have taken it before with no problem suppose to be for sinus and upper respiratory infection but they did not check to see if it is viral or bacterial.
