i am 22 weeks pregnant and am feeling reaaly rubbish over the last 4 weeks i have had pin and needles in the top of my belly just under mt bra on my right side it is so so painful cant even lean forward also there is a really sharp pain just to the side of my right shoulder blade and i am very tired all the time

Get and ultrasound whole abdomen to rule out any liver or gall bladder pathology. Take antacids for a few days. And a bland,fat free diet.
