Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain After An Injury

I play alot of hockey and tennis. Recently my shoulder and I guess biscep have been killing me! Initial injury happened in september and I was out for 2 weeks then returned pain free. However, i reinjured it 3 weeks ago and tried playing for the first time a few days ago and it kills! Last time dr said it was biscept tendonitis. What can I do ? What could it be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion the injured part should be kept under the rest to get it healed and repaired and this may take few weeks till then you can manage the pain with the pain killing tabs and the best option would be TAB ACECLOFENAC + ACETAMINPHEN three times in day
one more thing it is better to know the nature of internal injury and for that you need to go for some investigation, hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
I find this answer helpful
