Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness

Hi I live in michigan and just got back from a trip to Montana and every since I ve been back I ve had shortness of breath, aches in my left arm dizziness and like a stabbing pain that shoots up and down my left thigh was just wondering I it could be from the altitude change or the plan ride because I almost went to the hospital last night

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion, you should consult doctor and rule out cardiac diseases and Pulmonary embolism.
Pulmonary embolism is common after recent flight travel and high altitude visit.
Cardiac diseases can also cause similar symptoms.
So consult doctor and get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. CT Pulmonary Angiography if needed.
So, first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
