Suggest Treatment For Shooting Pain From Stomach To The Inside Of Left Forearm
I feel intense pain that shoots from my stomach to the inside of my left forearm when I lean forward-though not all the time. The pain lingers a while. This began when I started exercising a few weeks ago though it does not occur while I m excercising.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion it might be due to unaccostomed exercise leading to muscle cramps.Dont worry.It will subside with time.Continue the exercise.Check if that particular exercise can be done in or not.Relax.If severe painful take panadol.
