Suggest Treatment For Shingles

What can I do to treat Shingles? My doctor has put me on Gabapentin and I am using Capzasin on the rash. I don t know what to wash the affected area with. I have gauze bandages on the affected areas (right breat, right side and right side of my back.

Apply caladryl lotion or aloe vera gel for soothing sensation. Take medicines regularly and add tab tryptomer at night if possible.
