Suggest Treatment For Shingles On The Chin

I have a skin condition on my chin for a month now. It might be acne or it might be shingles. I have pictures with dates. It s progressed and looks worse. Looking for a medical opinion, someone who s willing to look at something that s unappealing to the eye. Please help.

Acne is a possibility but not shingles. You please post your pics to see whether it is acne or something else. In the meantime please do take topical antibiotic like clindamycin which will keep the infection under check. please mention your age as acne are likely to occur in young adults and will be distributed on face, shoulders, and upper trunk and are generally accompanied by oily skin.
