Hi, my boyfriend that is 42 has been having sharp pain in the buttock that run down the right leg. His right leg is swollen and can t put pressure on it in the back of his thigh down to the knee. He has been having some problem with his back. Tried ice and heat on the area and regular over the counter pain killer. Went to a chiropractor in the past had some relief nothing permanent. Help Does he need to go the ER
local examination to locate the cause of pain. it can be pivd lumbosacral spine hemorrhoids fissure fistula or hip joint dislocation or sciatica.after diagnosis treatment can be recommended accordingly
