Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Arms

Yesterday morning while I was in the shower I move my left arm and then my chest started hurting really bad and when I went to put my clothes on to go to work it hurt to the point that I wanted to cry and I had sharp pain all day but it came and went. Then today I had a little pain and I was fine all day even when I got home. Took family to eat and it was felt like I was loosing my breath just from driving. Check bp and its 141/82! So what should I do?

might have developed frozen shoulder. consult physical rehabilitation doctor. you need inj kenachort intrathecally and followed by physiotherapy. can take hifenac p daily for 5days.
