Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in lower abdomen requires assessment of the abdomen with clinical examination and imaging study.
Pain in lower abdomen can occur due to organomegaly, obstruction of intestine, muscular pain, etc.
Is the bowel movement normal?
If yes then obstruction and other related disorders are suspected.
You can take pain killer till the definitive management does not take place.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja Puri
