Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain And Numbness In Chest

Hi, I'm 16 years old, female. I have very sharp pains in my chest, but they go very quickly after. Then, my throat starts feeling numb and like there's something stuck inside of it, which makes me choke sometimes up to the point that my eyes are puffy. I also have a sharp tingly feeling in my feet, if that counts as anything to do with my problem.
Afterwards, it feels like there's something sitting on my chest. I also have shortness of breath. :(
