Hi, I recently had my IUD removed and got periods next day. I am still bleeding on 9 th day. Yesterday I started to have pain when I urinate also urge to go to urinate even though I just went. I looked and my urine has blood in it. I am also having chills and nauseated. I have not have sex after IUD removal so I can not be pregnent.

having blood in urine and chills and nauseated feeling is suggestive of infection. as you are not having intercourse after removal of pregnancy then no chance of it.
so not to worry about it.
consult gynecologist for infection.
also do urine routine and micro examination.
not to worry much
also drink as much as water possible.
