Suggest Treatment For Severe Wrist Pain

The back side of my wrist is in pain. Not all the time, just when I move it in a circular motion, or bending it straight down or pushing it back. Ive also noticed that pushing objects or pulling cause a sudden stiffling pain. What could this be? Sprain, possible fracture? Note there is no discolorration.
