Suggest Treatment For Severe Vaginal Itching

I have constant itching in my private parts.. I am 21 year old girl and this itching is killing me i washed my private parts with warm salt water but it didnt helped me i used fourderm too its been 2 to 3 days now and i am already fed up with the itching... Please help

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain itching in private parts can occur due to causes like bacterial infection causing Bacterial Vaginosis, yeast infection leading to Vaginal thrush, allergies to any detergents or soaps or things like tampons, sanitary pads etc..
Sexually transmitted disease and lichen sclerosis can also cause genital itching..
I would suggest you to consult a Gynaecologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like vaginal swab culture, blood test etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of bacterial infection antibiotic can be advised..
Antifungal oral medications as well as topical ointment, pesseries etc can be advised..
Other conditions will be treated according to diagnosis..
As of now you can take anti allergics like Allegra or benadryl to relieve itching..
Keep the genitals dry and clean.
Wear loose fitting and cotton undergarments..
