Hello and welcome to HCM,
Regurgitation refers to gastric contents or contents of stomach coming back to esophagus.
water brash is a condition when food contents of stomach reach the mouth.
These stomach contents are rich in acid and can corrode the teeth.
As you have mentioned that you are having tooth decay, a clinical assessment by your dentist is required.
Firstly treatment of the caries is important so that it does not reach up to the root and lead to complete loss of teeth.
And if water brash is found to be the cause of tooth decay, measures will have to be taken to prevent the regurgitation.
You will have to consult a gastroenterologist to treat regurgitation.

Thanks and take care
