Suggest Treatment For Severe Tightness In The Abdomen And Gastritis

Have be having tightness in abdomen for over a month, And have gas. And abdomen is noticeably bigger and it s really hard sometimes. No pain but just a lot of discomfort. And have been seeing a lot of bubbles In urine.ive been to a family doctor had tons of test done, like blood work and urine samples and got an ultra sound today. What do you think?

Noted your history and understood the concerns.
The causes of tightness in abdomen, gases, hardness like bloating and so on can be due to chronic enteritis.
I would advise you the following:
Also get tests of stool for 3 consecutive days.
Get started on a course of an antibiotic if the reports indicate so.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause or increase your symptoms.
In addition an Upper GI Endoscopy, colonoscopy mat hep to get a proper diagnosis.
