Hello Doctor. I m a 33 year old woman in good health. Tonight I began having pain (tender to the touch and constant) in the outside part of my right thigh. There is no redness, bruising or swelling. Just concerned because it was a sudden onset and I don t recall bumping my leg or etc. Blood clots run in my family so that is my first thought :/
hi, just relax acute pain could be due to overstretching of muscles at night while sleeping and this is common if you do not exercise regularly. for the present take a few days rest till your pain is gone, then start gradual exercises, and see the difference.
