Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain,vomiting And Fever

Last week I had severe stomach pain Vomiting fever was treated in the emergency room and was found to have sludge in my gallbladder and had a diagnosis of gastroenteritis this afternoon I have had excessive salivation, nausea and burping alot. Any thoughts as to what is going on would be appreciated

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). It appears that you have acid peptic disease for which you should take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole and a prokinetic agent like domperidone.
