Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Watery Stools

I had pain in my stomach one day as if I was super full but then when that went away I started to have to run to the bathroom because I would have yellowish watery poop wit a very strong odor .... it s like greenish yellowish... feels like I am peeing from my butt can t even fart without it passing thru

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of feeling full, pain in abdomen followed by greenish yellow watery and foul smelling loose stools in an uncontrollable manner.
This indicates severe intestinal infection.
I would suggest you the following:
Rush to ER as you need replacement of fluids and electrolytes.
Send the stool, blood and urine for tests.
Get started on the proper treatment like antibiotics, metronidazole, iv fluids and electrolytes.
Be admitted till you are cured.
