Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Indigestion

Pain in my stomach, feels like someone twisting my intestines in knots, the pain starts slowly in my lower stomach and moves up towards my chest. Along with the pain there s the feeling of horrible indigestion. I only experience this pain maybe once every 6 to 9 months.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think it may be mild intestinal obstruction/perforated ulcer
But you should confirm by the doctor.

Following are the other causes:
GERD, severe gastritis, H.Pylori infection, ulcer, pancreatitis, gall bladder disease, anxiety disorder, IBS, stomach flue
Risk factor: obesity, alcohol and caffeine, anxiety

You should consult the doctor and undergo test like
Blood: CBC, ESR, LFT, KFT,Amylase
Gastrointestinal Endoscopy
Abdominal USG

So after diagnosis you can take treatment:
Advice:
Tablet PAN-D
Injection tramadol
Take liquid diet
Take small meals rather than large meal
Avoid alcohol and caffiene
Reduce stress and anxiety
Antibiotics metronidazole plus ceprofloxacin

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
