Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Diarrhea

I ve been getting these stomach pains and morning diarrhea everyday now for the last month. I usually go to bed around 10, but the stomach pain keeps me up. No matter how late I sleep I always wake up around 5:50am ish. First I got the stomach flu and after I kept on having diarrhea stil. No matter what I eat it always comes out looking the same. It would help a lot if you can tell me what s wrong please xo

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of severe stomach pain and diarrhea. Well possible causes for your condition is gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance or intestinal ileus. Need not to worry. Drink plenty of fluids. You should take proper course of antacid along with proton pump inhibitors. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history . Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non spicy. You should avoid food like seafood and nuts. You should take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down.
