Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Cramps

Hi I m a 27year old male and for over the past week I ve had really bad cramps near the top of my stomach just under my ribs. I ve been to the toilet and my stool has a like white stringy substance on it also when I wipe there s orange mucus too. I m really worried incase it s something serious.

Dear- thanks for using our service. Your cramps could be secondary to increased gas . You should review your eating habits and eliminate food as vegetables that can produce a lot of gas as broccoli,cauliflower and lettuce. Avoid carbonated drinks ,irritated products as coffee and spicy food. Other possibility of this problem is a malabsorption syndrome as lactose intolerance or gluten sensitivity.
