Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
If there is abdominal cramps then there will be chances of electrolyte deficits in the blood with gastric upset.
So,this might be related to acute
gastroenteritis or
acute gastritis.
You should be immediately monitored for vitals signs like pulse, blood pressure etc.
You can take plenty of water with lemon juice (added salt),coconut water or WHO oral rehydration solution especially if you have nausea and vomiting also till your doctor's appointment and you will feel better with this.
The important thing is to combat cramps and for which you would also require antiemetic drugs (mostly oral) with antibiotics (
norfloxacin with antiprotozoals like
ornidazole preferred) with other water and electrolyte fluids.
For
constipation, you can take syrup cremaffin plus 2TSF at bed time.
So,it would be advisable that you should go to physician for all routine blood investigations and proper treatment.
Thanks and Regards,
