Suggest Treatment For Severe Spasms In Calf And Cramps
I have SEVERE spasms along the side ans front of my left calf. I had a DVT in the same leg 20 years ago and the leg has remained larger than my right one. These spasms are extremely painful and the blood vessels in my calf become very large and stand out when I am having these spasms. I also have cramps in the calf and foot at same time

Use Knee cap to reduce the swollen calf muscles, use the knee cap on the calf region & not on the knee. use thrombophobe ointment posteriorly after hot fomentation, do toe raising exercises 20-25 times per day use NSAID's like Imol Plus thrice daily
