Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinus Infection

Hi, I have been taking amoxicillin for 4days for a sinus infection. I am having bad sinus pressure in the middle of my forehead and on my nose bridge. The pressure is what s bothering me and the amoxicillin is not helping much. Please help if you have a suggestion for a different antibiotic?
