Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Radiating From Buttock To Thigh

I am 71 years old. I have pain radiating on the right from my buttock to the back of my thigh. Sometimes the pain radiates beneath my right foot. It feels like the worst cramp you ve ever had. It s excruciating to stand too long, walk to far and sitting. Do I have sciatica?

Hi

Sciatica pain usually radiates from the lower back to one side of the leg down until the back of the thing or the back side of the knee joint. It does radiate to the foot and so the pain in the foot is not related to sciatica, and needs to be evaluated.

Best wishes.
